There are several ways to reach Leymebamba:
-Fly from Lima to Tarapoto, then take an 8-hour bus to Chachapoyas. Leymebamba is located approximately 2.5 hours from Chachapoyas by public or private transport.
-Fly from Lima to Cajamarca and continue by road through Celendín, reaching Leymebamba in around 8 hours. This route is best enjoyed during daylight hours because of the spectacular scenery.
