Vision

To create respectful travel experiences connecting individuals to themselves through the power of local nature, ancestral wisdom, and healthy food.

Mission

“To offer unique travel experiences that allow travelers to truly know Peru, fostering closer connections with its people and their daily lives, while engaging in outdoor physical activities regardless of age or fitness level.

Through these visits, Nuevos Caminos Travel and its clients remain aware of their impact on the social and ecological environment. We are committed to promoting sustainable tourism—offering tourists enriching vacations while also providing meaningful support and building bonds with the communities they visit.

We firmly believe tourism forges relationships that foster spiritual and personal growth for travelers and local communities.”

Declaration of Impact:

Sustainability is in our DNA. Our Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are 6, 8, 12, 15, and 17, with objectives focused on boosting microeconomies, empowering local enterprises, and restoring forests and ancestral traditions.

  • Through our offering of transformative and regenerative experiences, we aim to improve the quality of life for local communities, entrepreneurs, guides, and providers. Local guides and coordinators interpret the cultural and natural environment to ensure travelers have a fully immersive experience.
  • We provide ongoing training for local entrepreneurs, suppliers, and partners to align everyone toward the same goal: fostering responsible and regenerative tourism.
  • Our clients stay in sustainably operated hotels and rural accommodations run by local families.
  • In our operations, we avoid the use of single-use plastic packaging.
  • We are actively involved in reforesting the Amazonas region by adopting native trees and donating organic fertilizer.
  • We promote the consumption of organic, local, and seasonal products.
  • Through our Responsible Tourism Exchange Program – Amazonas, we coordinate internships and volunteer opportunities to support the sustainable development of communities in the Amazonas region.
  • Once a year, we publish the impact of our efforts on the community, local enterprises, and suppliers.
