...each place holds a story—one you might read in a book or hear from a friend... a story you will encounter, but that does not belong to you.

When you join us on the Path to Abundance, you have the opportunity to CREATE and EXPERIENCE your own story. Our Adventure of the Soul invites you to immerse in one of Peru’s most magical places to practice a different kind of mindfulness—one that connects you to nature and to yourself, and most importantly, to the spirits of a land that will shape, nourish, and heal you... just as my grandmother did for me.

You will walk through trees, clouds, and mountains that will inspire you and experience landscapes that will transform you.

Your story begins! After your flight from Lima to Chachapoyas, we will take you to Doña Lola’s house, a sustainable and immersive lodge within the Milpuj – La Heredad private conservation area, located in the beautiful Utcubamba Valley near Kuelap.

Here, you will meet your Mindfulness mentor, who will guide you through the coming days of your journey. Fully immersed in nature, you’ll experience your first connection with this new environment. Your initial meditation will help you solidify your intentions for your Adventure of the Soul. We have designed a special practice to help you connect with the spirit of our sacred Peruvian Mother Earth.

We begin the day with a refreshing morning meditation! Today’s focus will be on understanding vulnerability, uncertainty, and risk.

After the meditation, we’ll hike to Kuelap, the most important archaeological site in northeastern Peru, located at over 3,000 meters above sea level.

We’ll enjoy lunch with breathtaking views of the mountains, breathing deeply and feeling the purity of the Andean breeze on our skin.

In the afternoon, we’ll gather by the river, where my own local shaman, Carlin, will guide you through a ceremony honoring Pachamama (Mother Earth).

We’ll end the day with an evening meditation to strengthen our courage and take a leap of faith into the unknown.

Overnight stay at Hotel La Ensenada.

We begin the day with our usual morning meditation, guided by your mentor. Today, the focus is on building relationships, encounters, and connections with the communities around us.

We’ll travel to Huancas to participate in a pottery workshop led by the remarkable women of this village. The workshop will be a contemplative experience, helping you connect with your intuition, create beauty from the very earth beneath your feet, and appreciate the inner strength and grace of the women who will teach you.

The serenity of the village also provides the perfect backdrop for meditation, with breathtaking views of the Huanca Urco Canyon.

In the afternoon, your mentor will introduce you to one of their own mindfulness practices, uniquely blending yoga and meditation.

In the evening, we’ll reflect on the experiences of our first days, just as my ancestors and elders once did, passing down stories from generation to generation around a campfire, blessed by the stars.

Overnight stay at Gocta Natura Hotel.

This morning’s meditation will prepare us to cultivate gratitude before setting out for the majestic Gocta Waterfall.

After breakfast, we’ll begin a 3-hour hike, stopping at the most beautiful viewpoints to take in the splendor of this spectacular waterfall, the third-highest in the world.

Along the way, we’ll have countless opportunities to practice gratitude as we encounter nature’s gifts: from insects and butterflies to orchids and vibrant flowers. With luck, we might even catch a glimpse of the Andean Cock-of-the-Rock or the marvelous Spatuletail hummingbird.

In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to practice gratitude on your own amidst the forest and clouds of Gocta Natura.

We’ll spend our final evening cooking alongside the hotel’s chef to prepare a mindful dinner—our way of extending gratitude to the food provided by Mother Earth.

Overnight stay at Gocta Natura Hotel.

In the morning, we will hold a closing ritual by listening to nature’s whispers and planting a native tree. This will be a moment to set a mindful intention for how we want the tree to grow and what it should contribute to its surroundings.

Afterward, transfer to Jaén airport.

And then, the first day of another journey will begin…
